Where do I start… I have never experienced such amazing customer service skills from anyone other than the man himself Neal. I saw a car on his website when it was closing time and I gave him a call. He told me that he would stay open until I get there, he couldn’t have been any more helpful and answered all my queries on the car. I was initially hesitant about buying a used car from dealer that was not close to my house, but after chatting with Dave and Neil my worries were put to rest. It was the warranty and aftercare package that really impressed me, and the fact that all the cars were inspected, serviced and mot’d by an independent garage that sealed the deal for me. Our car ended up having quite a few repairs done before we collected it, all done at no cost to us giving us peace of mind. Dave is open and honest about this. After a week or so a fault developed, and very quickly the car was collected, repaired and delivered back to us, no arguments. They even left a loan car for us to use whilst it was being repaired. I’m very happy with our purchase and would recommend them as a trustworthy car dealer.

I'm in Leicester & Drive your way is 120 miles away but have just the car.
Quick call to Neil ( owner/sales ) & we're off for a viewing, car looked spot on & a test drive later were shaking hands, daughter mentioned a black roof & black door mirrors would look nice ( White car ) Neil said no problem we have a body shop on site that can do that & gave me a price I couldn't resist, they even sorted delivery out when all ready.

To be honest I did have a couple of issues with the car later on but they bent over backwards to get these sorted out for me as quick as possible at no extra cost to myself.

All in all Drive your way is great place to buy your next car from & you won't be disappointed.

After a full day trailing round used car dealerships all over Yorkshire, we spotted a car on the Drive Your Way website, we gave Neil a call unfortunately the car had already been sold, but as we were on our way we decided to pop down and see what other cars he had… although he had a number of great cars, we were very specific in what we were after, and didn’t quite meet our (my husbands) requirements. However Neil took us into his office, and spent some time just chatting to us really, but what he was actually doing was cleverly finding out what our “dream car” was…then said he could find it us for tomorrow!!!!! Neil’s communication whilst purchasing our car was amazing and was delivered the next day fully serviced and valeted. Very good, purchased a car with them around a month ago lovely man kept it on hold for us as the car had a few issues these were quickly fixed and he they brought the car to us did have a further problem with an engine warning light but after getting into contact with them this got fixed and paid for overall amazing service and great staff.

Neil isn't your average car salesman. Far from it! A straight talking salesman working for his customer, who I didn't feel was trying to squeeze me.
